The third-generation model adopts an uninterrupted continuous water cooling system, with higher cooling efficiency and a production capacity that can reach three times that of traditional models.

Core components have high precision and long service life.

The die head is made of 38CrMoALA material and undergoes nitriding treatment, ensuring both precision and wear resistance; the track of the molding module is designed with low friction, significantly extending the service life of the equipment.

Support multi-material and multi-specification production

We can produce double-wall corrugated pipes made of various materials such as PE, PVC, and HDPE. The pipe diameters range from 32mm to 2000mm, meeting the needs of different engineering projects.
