The specification parameters of the HDPE spiral solid-wall pipe extrusion production line are mainly divided according to the pipe diameter range. Different models correspond to different extruders, production capacity and installed power. The selection should be based on the target pipe diameter.

Small diameter (φ20 - φ160): Suitable for home decoration and agricultural irrigation. The production line is short and the power is low. It is often equipped with an automatic winding machine and can reach a production speed of 60m/min.

Large diameter (φ315 - φ630 and above): Mostly used in municipal engineering such as gas and water supply. It requires an in-mold exhaust and internal cooling system, low-melt sagging PE100 raw materials, and the production of ultra-thick-walled pipes. An optional steel wire rope traction device can be selected for convenient startup.
