PVC pipe equipment is a specialized equipment combination system for the industrial production of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes, mainly applied in the manufacturing of pipes in fields such as construction and municipal engineering. Its production process covers procedures such as raw material mixing, extrusion molding, cooling and shaping, as well as cutting and packaging.

During production, PVC resin is conveyed to the hot mixer by the air conveying system. Auxiliary materials are independently measured and simultaneously fed in. After hot mixing and cold mixing, the materials are transferred to the extruder hopper through the air conveying pipeline. Finally, they are made into pipes through processes such as extrusion molding, vacuum sizing, spray cooling, and traction cutting. The equipment is equipped with a central control system to achieve automated management. It adopts an anti-bridging device to prevent material blockage and uses a multi-point dust collection design to reduce dust pollution.
