The Extrusion host of HDPE Spiral Solid wall Pipe Extrusion Line is a single-screw extruder with high efficiency and large output. The special screw barrel structure design can ensure ideal melt uniformity at a relatively low melt temperature. The spiral distribution structure die head, specially designed for the extrusion of large-diameter pipes, is equipped with an internal cooling system for the pipe with air extraction inside the die. Combined with the dedicated low-melting vertical PE100 raw material, it can produce ultra-thick-walled and ultra-large-diameter solid-walled pipes. The two-stage hydraulic opening and closing mobile vacuum shaping box and the independently controlled multi-track traction machine and chip-free cutting machine are centrally controlled and coordinated by a computer, featuring a high degree of automation and stable continuous production. An optional steel wire rope traction device can be equipped to make the initial start-up operation of large-diameter pipes more convenient each time.
