Single screw extruder: Equipped with barrier mixing elements and ceramic heating rings, it enhances the plasticization efficiency and supports high-speed extrusion of HDPE/PP materials (with a maximum output of 1300 kg/h).
Spiral die head: Made of 40Cr alloy steel, it reduces the melt temperature and stabilizes the mold cavity pressure, ensuring that the pipe roundness error is less than 0.5%.
Vacuum sizing system: Multiple-stage vacuum control boxes combined with water ring cooling achieve pipe size accuracy (±0.1mm), suitable for the production of large-diameter thick-walled pipes.
