Ingredients and Mixing: Add PVC resin and auxiliary materials such as stabilizers and plasticizers in proportion to a high-speed mixer. Heat and mix, then pass through a cooling mixer to cool the mixture to 40-50 degrees to prevent material degradation.

Extrusion Molding: The material is fed into a conical twin-screw extruder by forced feeding, undergoes melting and plasticization, and is then extruded into pipe blanks through the mold. Some high-speed production lines can reach a speed of 120 meters per minute.

Drying and Cooling: The pipe blank enters a vacuum drying box to regulate the diameter, then passes through a spray cooling water tank to cool and solidify, ensuring the stability of the pipe dimensions.

Traction and Cutting: The crawler traction machine pulls the pipe out, and the cutting machine automatically cuts according to the set length. Finally, it is collected and packaged on the storage rack.
