The PE sheet production line equipment mainly consists of the following parts:
Automatic drying and feeding machine: It is responsible for drying the PE granular raw materials and automatically conveying them to the subsequent equipment to ensure that the dryness of the raw materials meets the production requirements and avoid the quality of the boards being affected by moisture.
Single-screw 90 extruder: As the core equipment, model SJ-90 heats, melts and extrudes PE particles through the rotation of the single screw, providing uniform molten material for subsequent molding.
Screen changer: Installed between the extruder and the mold, it is used to filter impurities in the molten material, ensuring the purity of the material entering the mold and preventing impurities from affecting the quality and performance of the sheet. When the filter screen is clogged, it can be quickly replaced to reduce production interruption time.
Sheet extrusion die: It determines the shape and size of the PE sheet, extrudes the molten PE material according to the predetermined specifications, and forms a continuous sheet prototype. The design and precision of the mold directly affect the quality and appearance of the sheet.
Three-roll calender: Composed of three rollers, it performs calendering treatment on the extruded sheet. By adjusting the temperature, pressure and gap of the rollers, the surface of the sheet can be made smooth and flat, thereby improving the appearance quality and dimensional accuracy of the sheet.
Mold temperature control machine: It is used to control the temperature of the mold and ensure that the mold temperature remains stable within an appropriate range. A stable mold temperature is conducive to the fluidity and molding quality of PE materials, reduces the internal stress of the sheet, and improves the performance of the sheet.
Cooling bracket: It cools and supports the plates coming out of the calender, keeping the plates flat during the cooling process and preventing deformation. Cooling brackets usually adopt air cooling or water cooling methods to accelerate the cooling speed of the plates.
Edge cutting machine: It removes the excess parts on both sides of the cooled sheet to make the width of the sheet meet the requirements, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and edge quality of the sheet.
Traction machine: By clamping the sheet and applying a certain traction force, it continuously and stably pulls the sheet out of the production line, controls the production speed and tension of the sheet, and ensures the stable quality of the sheet.
Shearing machine: Cut the pulled sheet to the set length to obtain PE sheet of the required length. The precision and stability of the shearing machine directly affect the length dimension of the sheet.
Blanking rack: It is used to store the cut PE sheets, serving as a buffer and organizer, facilitating subsequent packaging and transportation.
