The PVC pipe equipment is arranged in a stepped layout. The hot mixing machine is erected on a frame at a high position, while the cold mixing machine is placed in front of it. The two are connected through a connecting channel.
The system includes an automatic blending production line, integrating the main material feeding station, the metering and weighing module, the mixing unit and the pneumatic conveying system, etc. During production, PVC resin is conveyed to the hot mixer through the pneumatic conveying system, while the auxiliary materials are simultaneously fed in through independent metering. The materials undergo hot mixing and cold mixing, and then are transferred to the extruder hopper through the pneumatic conveying pipeline. Finally, the pipe materials are formed through extrusion molding, vacuum sizing, spray cooling, traction cutting and other processes.
The equipment is equipped with a central control system for automated management. Anti-bridging devices are used to prevent material blockage, and a multi-point dust collection design is adopted to reduce dust pollution.
