The production process of PVC/WPC Door Frame Production Line mainly includes the following steps:
Formula design
Based on the performance requirements of the product, such as physical properties, processing performance, weather resistance, cost, etc., select appropriate raw materials like PVC resin, fillers, pigments, and additives, and determine the proportion of each component.
Preparation of raw materials
Prepare sufficient raw materials such as PVC resin, fillers, pigments and additives that meet quality requirements, and conduct quality inspections on them. Add various raw materials to the mixer in accordance with the formula ratio for pre-mixing. During the mixing process, pay attention to the control of temperature, time and stirring speed to ensure that the raw materials are thoroughly and evenly mixed.
Mold design
Based on factors such as the dimensional accuracy, appearance quality and demolding convenience of the profiles, design a reasonable mold structure and determine the mold size and shape.
Extrusion molding
The well-mixed materials are added to the extruder. Under high temperature and high pressure, they are melted and plasticized. Through the shaping and pulling action of the mold, the molten materials are extruded into the required cross-sectional shape of the profile.
Cooling and shaping
The extruded profiles are rapidly cooled through a cooling water tank to shape the profiles and lower their temperature. During the cooling process, parameters such as water temperature, water pressure and time need to be controlled to ensure the internal structure and appearance quality of the profiles.
Traction and Cutting
The cooled profiles are pulled to a certain length by a traction machine and then cut to a fixed length. During the traction and cutting process, the speed and dimensional accuracy must be guaranteed to obtain the required profile length and cross-section.
Post-processing and packaging
Surface treatment, trimming and inspection and other post-processing work are carried out on the cut profiles. They are packaged according to product requirements, including inner packaging and outer packaging, to protect the quality and safety of the profiles during transportation and storage.
